A developer purchased the property adjacent to the Holy Trinity Church in southwest London. The site contained the residence of the former vicar but had since been converted into four flats. Volume 3 was commissioned to carry out a feasibility study on the site, to determine the return on investment and the likelihood of the project gaining planning approval in Wandsworth Council.
The proposed scheme sought to enlarge the existing vicarage by 3 flats and construct an additional 4 flats in the rear garden.
The existing garden is transformed into a landscaped roofscape for 4 additional flats that blends seamlessly into the sequence of sunken garden patios.
